Isaac transferring to BYU would constitute a definitive middle finger to Utah from the Wilson's, a staunch and visible (and at that point, former?) in-state Ute family. Fine with me.
Isaac has talent. He has to get bigger, stronger, more decisive, and better. He almost certainly has to learn for a year with practically zero hope of playing time and then battle for a spot in the BYU lineup. We have other dudes, though perhaps no established star or heir apparent. Yet. We're always looking to bring in or develop both of those things.
If Wilson and the Wilson's are good with that arrangement. Come on over. It worked out once for us, and the Wilson's were fun at BYU.
I've yet to see or hear anything beyond this board's own speculation that an Isaac Wilson transfer might has even an inkling of being a thing.
