Our 2012 Tundra had it. Nice to have in Utah where you can get Flex Fuel.
Never had any issues with the engine or Flex Fuel usage. Started up beautifully in cold Utah mornings and never had an issue when we were up in Montana at -20.
That said, I mostly ran it with regular octane.
