In a related note, here’s my food hot take for today. IMO we give BBQ a pass
Far too often because we end up rating the the bbq sauce and not the meat or the cooking itself. Too often what is allowed to pass for “good” bbq, is no better than a $5 Costco chicken, covered in a bottle of Sweet Baby Rays.
