That's going to take a rework of the TV deal.
The schedules should be standardized on 8 conference games, 2 P4 OOC, 1 G5, 1 FCS (or 3/1/1 if you wanted to move the FCS game to be a preseason scrimmage type thing in week 0 for everybody)
