think they will make a decision or when you can expect to hear back from them. Anytime I'm interviewing somebody, I make sure the let them know what to expect. Waiting after an interview and not knowing is the worst.

However, I've talked with several people recently who just never heard back at all after interviewing. It seems some HR folks are getting pretty lazy.
