The only thing that matters is what Jay Hill wants. If he gets a big offer and
moves on good for him. If BYU offers to keep him great for BYU. Jay Hill will do what he feels is best for him and his family. If he wants to be a head coach he may have to leave because after this year I don't see Sitake going anywhere for a while.
