They are exactly the same. Just a name change for the CA parks.
At Disney World the rules actually changed, but not at Disneyland.
Later on after the name change they did introduce an additional lightning lane premier option, which is the only difference from before. I believe it is something like $400 for an “any time” lightning lane pass to each lightning lane ride.
The multi-lightning lanes and individual lightning lanes are identical to the Genie+ version.
