I expect this team to be peaking in February and March, but I think we will see some huge growing pains before then.

So far we have seen us play teams where nearly every guy on the team can shoot the ball nearly every time they have it if they wanted to. No need to move the ball when Demin can shoot over everyone (which he will still be able to do against most teams), no need to pass if you are Fouss when you are bigger and stronger than your opponents, no need to move the ball if you are Saunders and can beat your guy off the dribble.

I don't think we are a team yet, but these games will mold us into one.
