Ena is a really really good coach, probably one of the best on the staff right now. I think Hill relies on him significantly and I think if there is anyone ready to be promoted, it's Ena.

Andersen would be a solid hire, obviously a lot of history and success I think he's done a great job this year in his admin role in helping Hill.

My biggest concern right now is recruiting and retaining players... if Hill leaves I'm worried about who will leave.
