Most co-ordinators aspire to a HC job.
I think, if offered to USU job, he would take it.
He would clean up the programme, build a solid FBS HC salary and then move on.
KS is the HC at BYU, for another decade, at least. There is no advancement opportunity, at BYU, for Hill.
USU and boosters will raise the necessary funds to bring him over, if he is their choice.
