do the absurd....ie....help a HC that is 9-2 move on....because there's a more talented coach on staff....you just do it if it comes to that. And I'm not even saying Jay is that - though I certainly lean that way based on what I know. Of course you work the $$$ angle and all that first....but they are the same age....this 1 v. 1 battle was going to pop up at some point because you can't ever assume Jay comes back in 5 years or whatever if BYU gets stuck in 6-6 or 7-5 every year land or whatever. He might already be entrenched somewhere. Jay could've left Weber a lot of times....I don't think he's the jump around type. Be tough to pry him away no matter where he's at.
