There's ample evidence that Arod is a great QB coach, and developer. Perhaps
his even keel demeanor, confidence promotion, and cerebral ability to help QB's diagnose defensive alignments, and weaknesses to expoit, are some of the reasons. There seems to be evidence that he's really good at that stuff, when not under the gun.

I'm just not convinced he's great a "in-game" manager, when things are rapid fire, and need rapid processing and adjustments. Our teams are too often seeming to be making assignment mistakes, disorganized, with poor substitution, questionable clock management, and it has cost us.

If we could go back in time, it'd be great if we could keep Arod as the QB coach, and have him focused solely on that, and have another OC, perhaps, Jason Beck. Or, Kellen Moore or Darrell Bevell would be dream OC's if we had hired them before they started making the big bucks in the NFL. Or, I've often wondered about Dennis Pitta - he seems really to have great football smarts.
