Sure, and what I’m saying is that a “glory days” caliber BYU team has no
business losing at home to a 3-6 Kansas team regardless of how much better they are than their record.

The ASU loss feels much more like the stereotypical road loss from BYU teams we hold up as examples of quality (1996, 2006, etc) — whereas the Kansas loss feels like an inopportune recurrence of a Sitake-era trend.

Sure, it’s no UMass or ECU, but considering the stakes and how much better BYU supposedly is this year, I’d argue it’s right there in terms of negative impact.
