The financial penalties are not doing enough to get schools to seriously care. I seriously don't know what would have happened at the end of the game if BYU catches that miracle throw in the end zone. What happens if the fans rush the field before the ref can figure out if it was a catch and if it should be ruled a touchdown? What happens if an angry mob of fans gets in the BYU players bench and someone perceives a shove and then it escalates and we have players and fans fighting and an ASU head coach who clearly is feeding into the environment?

The B12 needs to meet with athletic directors and refs and shut this crap down now before an actual, serious event happens. Imagine this crap happening in the NBA or at an NFL game?
