Good summary
Some great things have been on display for sure. Egor's passing and our overall ball movement + obvious talent are chief among those. I also love the fact that we iso'd Fouss for much of the game vs. Idaho b/c they couldn't stop him, and we needed his offense. I was afraid Traore might become an afterthought in this O. It could still happen, but it has not to this point.

We're going to get in trouble if we rely too much on individual talent vs. actual, offensive strategy and continuity, and right now, that eventuality appears likely if not imminent (to me at least).

But D is the concern. I can't see where it's good. To state the obvious, we are far too weak on the perimeter and will get shot of gyms if we can't tighten things up tremendously. I also see us getting taken to the hoop one on one and beaten for scores a lot with little-to-no help or concept of offering it.

I also get that the team is new as is the coaching staff, and it would be a huge exception to most rules if we didn't see these things. I'm hopeful and excited about this team's upside but a bit wary at this point. Looking forward to Thursday and Ole Miss.
