The SEC is giving out HUGE fines.... which might help.

The BigXII failed here I think, and it will only make it worse and worse.

"You can't call that at that point in the game!" is exactly WRONG. You need a team to LOSE BIG for crazy fan misbehaviour before the fans will self-police, the schools try to put rules in place.

Good on Texas for banning players. That is the only way.
