I also thought it was Tourette’s

And I still think it might be I know a kid I do Jiu-Jitsu with who’s one of the top black belts in the world who has that same tic it only happens when he is nervous or has some anxiety

His dad tells me it is not Tourette’s, but I’m not sure what it is
