When you rarely give the defense opportunities to change personnel, and you're snapping the ball with 10 sec left on the play clock, rather than rushing to get it snapped - it makes a HUGE difference. D-lineman can time that snap with 1-0 seconds left, with 10 seconds, they aren't getting as good of a break on the snap.
