me suspicious of lower quality.

In this case however the lowest one has great reviews, has been in business for 20+ years, came to the site 2x to make sure they thoroughly had considered everything, had lots of commercial properties they've done in the area, etc. They're also the one who is most in sync with what the architect said to expect, and the architect and contractor don't know each other.

So I'm leaning that way despite my hesitancy about lowest price.....
