Regular training and long runs on the weekends.

Get there early. You will get bussed to the course, and it takes time. Get a map of the course beforehand.

Went last year in Charlottesville. Look at the course map. Pick 3 to 4 spots on

Good advice. There is no parking at the Wisconsin course - spectators park and ride buses in.

Make sure each member of your party has a phone. Last time there we got separated from my 7 year old.

Get a cowbell. Know the runners names so you can yell encouragement.
