Turkey was the hair transplant hotspot that it is, so when we first got there my wife and I were looking at all these guys with bright red pockmarks all over the heads thinking it was really creepy looking. Lol after we saw a few street signs showing hair transplants everywhere then we realized what it was - but for a bit we thought there were some dudes with some creepy looking heads.
