Only weak people have pain before it ruptures.
Just kidding.
I felt no pain. Before, the rupture and even after mine burst. Took 5 days for the pain to start and 6 days for them to figure out what was wrong.
Allegedly 20% of kids feel no pain before it ruptures. I have no idea if that’s true but that’s what someone told me.
Best of luck to you. Recovery is much easier if they get to it first.
