baseball coaches and players put the hard sell on him to play baseball, but it just wasn't his thing. And they were dumbfounded that anybody who went there would not only not want to be on their ball team, but actually turn down overtures. 🤣

In a way it's kinda too bad. If he'd grown up playing it, he'd've been amazing. I always thought his natural skillset would've lent itself well to the sport. He jacked up his back playing football, and the basketball team there was a wreck.
