the interior 3 lineman "win" in blowing their counterparts back on the 15-20 run plays up the gut during a game (not sweeps, or pulling lineman plays). And it will be different with each team's counterpart Dlineman. If they have a good percentage, then it'd be time well spent when 4th and short comes up with the game on the line, and then the QB sneak is a no brainier. But if they've consistently not been getting good push, then some other play comes up as a better option, IMO.
I personally like the QB rollout, with option to run, or dump to one of the multiple receivers / TE / RB that are rolling the same way. One short commit to tackle the QB, and usually someone is open, at least briefly, and the QB can line it, or lob it to a tall receiver depending on proximity and positioning of coverage, and over-commitment of defenders. I think it gives the QB the most options, if the sneak is not likely to be converted. Or. just play basketball, and do a quick pic-n-roll with the TE or RB. Fake the QB run "HARD" and then jump pass!
Sneak is of course the best option if our lads can overpower them, but otherwise give them too many options to cover, especially with a mobile QB.
