It’s a constant struggle for me on my hands
Specifically my fingers. They crack, bleed, and it’s painful. I have been to the dermatologist so many times with a bunch of different steroid creams. There’s a cream called Opzelura that’s newer but expensive and insurance doesn’t always cover it (mind did l luckily). It’s not a steroid which is nice because then I can apply it daily. Steroids you can only apply for a limited time. This cream has been working pretty well.

One other thing that has helped is wearing gloves whenever I do yard work, cleaning with chemicals, or washing dishes.

My dermatologist has also discussed a medication but I haven’t looked into that yet.
