becoming an elite QB. I mean theoretically it is possible, but there is a reason no one throws like that and the reason is accuracy (and batted balls). So can he be a huge outlier or has he likely reached the pinnacle of where he can get to? I don't know the answer. I just know if he threw it more traditionally I would like his chances much better.
