I don't think FamilyLink works on an iphone. We tried on my daughters phone and even called Apple and Google support and they told us it wasn't possible to install FamilyLink as a monitored device on an apple phone. As an administrator you can use FamilyLink from an iphone but we were told you cannot use the functionality like time limits and locking the device and such on an apple device.
