If an agent for the seller insists on losing a deal because he wants all 6% of a comission when he almost always realizes only 3%, that's fine. Really, that's going to be between him and his client who just missed out ona buyer. But if you can't see how a buyer who is not taking a 3% comission out of the deal can leverage that for a 3% discount . . . I guess I can't convince you otherwise.
