The government has been spending like a drunk sailor and printing money for years and years. This is the root of the problem - not evil corporations.
Government spending is out of control, but I don't believe that is the root problem causing the problem of the shrinking middle class, lack of affordable housing, etc.
I'm opposed to socialism - i.e., taking money from one person and giving it to another.
I don't see employees of a company banding together to demand more from their employer as socialism. Companies should treat employees well enough that employees don't feel the need to unionize. That is how it was for most of my adult life. But it feels to me like the tide is about to turn.
