If you could be on a boat in Victoria Harbour.....I think Hong Kong would be tough to beat. I did a similar thing in
San Diego but obviously San Diego doesn't have nearly the cityscape as Hong Kong in the background but Coronado/Coronado bridge was all lit up and stuff. It was pretty cool.
