BYU was 6th last week, BSU was 13th (with 1 loss), BYU will still be ahead
The only argument you can make for why 9-1 Boise St is better than 9-1 BYU is that their quality loss to Oregon is better than our loss to Kansas, but that would be ignoring quality wins. I don't think they go there.
