plays he calls. There’s too much motion, takes them a long time to get set, they’re doing too much. Usually guys get open, the o line blocks well and the passes are good BUT…. not all three of those happen at the same time. It’s choppy, messy and sloppy at times. The o line whiffs and the QB hurries and passes bad, or the O line protects well, pass is good but the receiver drops.
It’s not smooth, polished or precise. That to me is Arod’s weakness. People carry on about play calling, but I don’t think that’s it. It’s that he can’t consistently get 11 guys to play in sync.
