already proved for several years how completely and uniquely valuable he could be to a team. He also mis-used Jamaal, who just a couple years ago, led the NFL in rushing TD's. I'm not saying he should have relegated other players like Kamara to a secondary role, but to not use the obvious and proven weapons you have to keep the other team on their heels, is a bad (and stubborn) coaching, IMO. And I'd bet that Taysom's likely bruising blocking in yet another key "swiss army knife" role, has bolstered Kamara's numbers. Can't think of any other "Fullback" I'd rather have lead blocking and punishing unsuspecting LB's at the point of attack than Taysom Hill. Just a couple blows to the chest from Taysom at full speed, and they might be wary of filling that space for the rest of the game.
And you'd think Allen could have put Jamaal in for at least some of their red zone TD's the last 2 yrs, but he did not. In fact, on Jamaal's lone TD, the players had to defy the coach, and turn Jamaal loose. But, it looks like the new interim coach at least somewhat understands what he has in Taysom, and is willing to let other teams pay. We'll see on Jamaal, as he has been injured, and hasn't been able to contribute since the new coach took over the last two games.
Same thing with Atlanta, not that Brob should sit, but their use of a proven 1000 yard bruising rusher in Tyler Allgeier has been really scant and poor. Not a good way to keep guys fresh and engaged, and other teams on their toes. Sometimes I think there's too much politics, or that coaches are just dumb.
