BYU was running out the clock the full game.... even though they were trailing.
The strategy is to keep the other offense off the field and rest your defense. Notice that Q1 went pretty fast?
Because of the strategy BYU only had the ball 8 times. It would have worked had there not been a TO to end the first half.
