It would have been kick catch interference if the db was a punt returner.
If it was a pass, offensive PI maybe could have been called. I'm just not sure how much blocking is allowed by the kicking team on a punt.
Regardless we still could have won that game if the offense did there job the rest of the game. We finally got burned playing with the last drive heroics fire.
