Slow tempo and associated game rhythm is the biggest issue, in my opinion. They need more urgency to get moving. I always thought his offense works better too when he starts out passing and uses that to set up the run and not vice versa. That would get to Collie’s point of getting it to your WR playmaker’s earlier in the game.
