That comes with time and he has the arm strength and sufficient mobility to keep growing. He has a low release point, but I don't think that is end of the world.
He has great arm strength, is a tough player and seems unflappable and seems to learn from his mistakes. If he cleans up the foot work, develops better presence in the pocket when pressured, he can be really good.
I am not sure if he will, but I definitely see it as a possibility.
