take good players, and put them in situations where they can be great and play above their station. Our coaching staff is the ceiling, not our players. Our players DO have a ceiling, but they haven’t reached it, and probably won’t over the long run with kalani and a rod.
We’ll be good and compete, but I’m just not sure our level of players can overcome their mistakes. Our players aren’t good enough to do that. We need coaches to overcome the players’ deficiencies, not the other way around.
