No, it doesn’t. Expecting ARod to have those guys in place by now is silly
The recruiting class after the B12 announcement ARod signed a 4* WR. The next recruiting period he signed a borderline 4* OL.
Neither of those guys have started a game yet. One is still on his mission.
ARods’s not had nearly enough time to bring the talent up. It took Utah 3 years to even have the talent to regularly compete and we have even more missionaries.
