And BYU would be a sure thing against New Mexico State. So, you 'steel argument' is weak – and turned into a strawman.

Would tOSU be a sure thing playing KU in Kansas? Probably not. How confident would you be if Georgia played at KSU or Colorado? It would be interesting to see them against uu even.
