I know, your question presupposes that they play like they did in only one game,
which is a silly presupposition when talking about whether BYU is vulnerable.
But let's play your game. SMU moved the ball, they just couldn't score TDs. So the defense still gave up yards but finished when it mattered. If that's how BYU plays, then BYU wins by 10+. If they let Kansas move the ball AND score TDs, that's a different matter.
