These sometimes help for plastic frames.
Your glasses shop should have some on hand. Helps when the bridge is a little too wide for the shape of your nose. If you have a metal frame, those nose pads can be adjusted easier than plastic. Might be worth asking the shop if you can restyle to a different frame due to the issues you're having.
