Redshirting is totally dead for major programs save medical RS. Don't RS anyone you don't think will stay 5 yrs
Anyone who would stay 5 yrs is not good enough for an elite program.
It doesn't make a bit of sense in an NIL free transfer world where staying with a single program 5 years is a long shot.
