blamed for taking their kid to a game and having idiotic adults go after them or whatever they did. I don't car if this is a rivalry game or not. A mother and a child went to a game and unless the Mother was yelling at the other fans, there was no reason to have these fans go after a child.

You seem focused on saying that it was naive of the mother. I do not think that is so. Why is this a lack of judgment on a mother to think they could go to a game and watch it with out people going after her child?

That said, I don't care to argue this point. They are in the wrong, end of story.
