'ranked when we played them' doesn't matter in the final week of CFP rankings
the committee will be looking at their most recent ranking - not where teams were ranked in Week 5 or Week 10 or Week 13.
Plus, if BYU, Colorado, and KSU win out, there's a non-delusional chance that 10-2 KSU could sneak into the CFP without even playing in the CCG.
