I get that there were some serious unhinged emotional rants from a senior leader at the UU. I get that there were young UU fans so mad that their actions led to BYU personnel literally getting knocked unconscious and left with concussions. I get that UU fans were consistently verbally abusing BYU fans (and likely physically as well).
But, come on BYU, there is no place in this rivalry for making a half of a U with two fingers, an L with two other fingers, putting them together to form a big U, and then turning it upside down like it’s a lower case ‘n’. That’s just taking it too far.
