I'm not sure. Certainly the field stuff was bad, but in the heat of the moment
more understandable. And his anger was directed at the actual person that helped cause his problem. After the game, after some time to reflect, he completely disregarded his leadership responsibilities, demanded to get in front of the microphones and foolishly played the victim and weirdly blamed the conference his fans are already on thin ice. The on-field stuff means he's a hothead with poor self-control, but the press conference and lack of apology means he's a fool, completely unprofessional, and lacking in awareness of the long-term consequences. That's worse to me.
