I think at this point, every program would be very open to Utah leaving and would probably allow them to leave without a penalty fee. Utah isn't going to the BIG10 or the SEC... the ACC isn't paying Stanford or Cal for 9 years, not sure Utah can afford that but if they can more power to them at this point.

If they want the old PAC, by all means enjoy that ride. With Utah they might get a media package of close to $15 mil per team.
