Why couldn't the discount be a part of the offer? If I'm buying a house, put in an offer contingent upon the seller

paying out the buyers agents commission, to the buyer, that should be disclosed to the seller when presented the offer. And if the offer isn't presented, as I buyer I contact the seller directly to tell them I'm making this offer contigent.

Why wouldn't that work?
