The game would have been different, Utah's offense would have been consistently better, and the BYU offense would have needed to play better but it would have changed the game. Part of "Utah's edge" in the current game is that BYU had no film on Rose and didn't know what to expect, so it took until halftime to make the changes that shut him down. The D would have had a better game play going in with Rising.
